What We Cover

Cabinet Construction

Your bathroom vanity is covered for 5 years against defects in craftsmanship or materials.               

Doors & Drawer Fronts

Covered for 5 years against warping, cracking or unexpected flaws in normal bathroom conditions.            

Hardware

Covered for 1 year against functional issues (hinges, slides, and pulls).                                                           

Tailored Solutions

Covered for 1 year against peeling, cracking, or major discoloration under normal household use.                                                                                                

What's Not Covered


Because wood is a living material, natural variations in grain, color, and aging are part of the beauty of solid wood vanities and are not considered defects.

  • Normal wear and tear or changes that come with time.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme moisture/temperatures
  • Countertops, sinks, and other non-cabinet items (these are covered by their own manufacturers).

If You Need Us


  1. Reach out to us, along with your proof of purchase
  2. Share a description and photos of the issue so we can quickly understand the problem.
  3. Once approved, we will repair or replace the affected part.  Please note that replacement parts may not be a perfect match in color or grain, but will always be crafted to the same high standards.
