What We Cover
Cabinet Construction
Covered for 5 years against defects in craftsmanship or materials.
Doors & Drawer Fronts
Covered for 5 years against warping, cracking, or unexpected flaws.
Hardware
Covered for 1 year against functional issues.
Tailored Solutions
Covered for 1 year against peeling, cracking, or major discoloration under normal household use.
What's Not Covered
Because wood is a living material, natural variations in grain, color, and aging are part of its beauty and not considered defects.
- Normal wear and tear or changes that come with time.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme moisture/temperatures
- Countertops, sinks, and other non-cabinet items (these are covered by their own manufacturers).
If You Need Us
- Reach out to us, along with your proof of purchase
- Share a description and photos of the issue so we can quickly understand the problem.
- Once approved, we will repair or replace the affected part. Please note that replacement parts may not be a perfect match in color or grain, but will always be crafted to the same high standards.
